  • What areas do you serve?

    We serve the entire Santa Clarita Valley — Valencia, Saugus, Newhall, Canyon Country, Stevenson Ranch, Castaic, and Agua Dulce. If you're nearby and not on the list, give us a call — we may still be able to help.

  • Are you licensed and insured?

    Yes. We carry general liability and workers' comp insurance. We can provide a certificate of insurance for buildings or HOAs that need one.

  • Do you really do all of these services?

    Yes. We're a small, locally-staffed team and we genuinely tackle this whole list — that's the point of being your Neighbor Saver. For anything outside our scope, we'll be honest and refer you to someone trusted.

  • How do I get a quote?

    Call us at 661-350-2171 or use the contact form. For most jobs we can give you a clear estimate over the phone. For larger work, we'll come out for a free in-home estimate.

  • How far in advance should I book?

    Two weeks is comfortable for moves and big projects. We can often fit smaller jobs in within a few days — call and we'll tell you the truth about availability.

  • What if I need to reschedule?

    Just call or text. As long as we have 24 hours' notice, there's no fee. Same-day cancellations may carry a small visit fee depending on the job.

  • Do you work weekends?

    Yes. Saturdays are one of our busiest days. Sundays are limited but available for time-sensitive jobs.

  • How does pricing work?

    Most services are hourly with a 2-hour minimum. Junk removal is priced by the volume of the load. Larger projects can be quoted as a flat rate. Estimates are free and there are no hidden fees.

  • What forms of payment do you accept?

    Cash, check, all major credit cards, Venmo, and Zelle. Payment is collected when the work is done — no deposit for most jobs.

  • Do you offer discounts?

    We offer a small discount for seniors, veterans, and teachers. Just mention it when booking.

  • Will the same crew show up for repeat visits?

    Whenever we can, yes. We try to keep the same neighbor on your jobs so you're not re-explaining your house each time.

  • Can you handle hoarding or estate cleanouts?

    Yes, with care. These take longer than a normal cleanout and we plan them with you. There's no judgment, just a plan.

  • Do you take hazardous waste?

    No — paint, chemicals, batteries, and similar items need a hazardous waste facility. We'll point you to the right drop-off.

  • Can you provide donations and recycling?

    Yes. We sort what's usable and donate to local Santa Clarita charities and thrift stores. You don't have to lift a finger.
